DR. MARK FULLMER
I was born in Provo and raised in Springville. I graduated from Springville High School and am proud to be a “Mighty Red Devil.” 🙂 I did undergraduate study at Brigham Young University and received my DDS degree at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. I have an amazing wife and we have been married for 44 years. There is no one that I would rather spend time with.
We have three incredible children who have equally incredible spouses. They have blessed us with 9 beautiful grandchildren ages 5 to 13. I love music, playing guitar, and anything outdoors. I love spending time with my family doing anything.
I love my job and the great people that I get to work with each day. I love the people who come to the office for treatment and care. I enjoy getting to know them and helping where I can. I have been practicing dentistry for 38 years now.
DR. JODY ADAMS
Dr. Jody Adams was raised in Houston Texas and soon moved to the small town of Waller, Texas. After graduating from Waller High school he moved to Provo, Utah where he went to Brigham Young University for one year. After that Dr. Adams took a two-year break from school to serve a mission for his church to Indiana. Soon he decided to move back to Texas where he received a full ride scholarship to Prairie View A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Business degree.
Upon graduation he was hired at the computer company IBM, Internation Business Machine, and worked in the accounting department where he delt with several large oil field companies. Along the way his desire to become a dentist was on his mind constantly.
Soon he decided to move forward with his plans and went to Dental School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Along the way he fell in love with his future wife Trinda Layton who was by his side through all thisjourney. After graduating from dental school, he moved his family to North Ogden, Utah where he opened a practice in Brigham City, Utah and worked there for 24 years.
While there he was approached about selling his dental practice and after thinking about it he decided to move forward with the sell. Not wanting to stop working he met Dr. Fullmer, and the rest is history as they say. Both he and Dr. Fullmer as well as their wives hit it off immediately and they became partners at Art City dental.
Dr. Adams now has 32 years of experience in the dental field, has served as president of the Box Elder Dental Society, has countless hours of continuing education and training in all aspects of dentistry including implant dentistry. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, being up in the mountains riding the trails, going to BYU football and basketball games and occasionally going to Tuacahn to enjoy the plays.
The most important past time to him though is spending time with his wife Trinda, their seven sons and their great wives and his 20 Grandchildren with many more to come.
MORGAN JEPPERSON, DENTAL HYGIENIST
I grew up in Lake Shore, Utah and currently live in Palmyra, Utah. I am married and have 2 beautiful children. I love spending time with my family and close friends making memories in the mountains any chance I can. We have 4 horses, 2 dogs, and a large herd of range sheep.
I have worked in the dental field for 17 years. I have been able to work as a previous orthodontic assistant, dental assistant,and I currently work 1 day as a dental hygienist and an office manager 2 days a week with my amazing co-office manager partner Lindsay Robbins.
I am very positive, enthusiastic, very energetic and everyone’s favorite cheerleader! I am thankful for an amazing office I get to be a part of and love developing relationships with co-workers and also our patients.
ANGIE KELSEY, DENTAL HYGIENIST
I grew up in Millard county and now live in Orem. I graduated from dental hygiene school in 2016 and have been working at Art City Dental since 2017. In my spare time I enjoy reading, going to the movies, being outdoors, and spending time with my family.
JACEY, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Hey my name is Jacey! I grew up in Gods country in good ole Wyoming. Traveled around and explored the world until I met my husband here in Utah.
We have been married for 6 years and have a very spunky, sassy but sweet 2 year old daughter. When not working on teeth you’ll catch me spending my time making memories with them. I’ve been a dental assistant for 11.5 years now and density has become a huge part of who I am.
I am passionate about oral health and helping others feel comfortable and confident when it comes to their teeth. I can’t wait to meet you in our office.
JENNIKA, DENTAL HYGIENIST
I graduated from Utah College of Dental hygiene in 2016 and have been working as a hygienist ever since! I love interacting with my patients and helping them take care of their oral health! I have now been with Art City Dental for 3 years now.
I was born and raised in West Jordan, Utah. I married my high school sweetheart and we now have two children together. We love to enjoy the outdoor! We love camping, fishing and boating!
LINDSAY, DENTAL HYGIENIST
Hi, I’m Lindsay Robbins, one of the co-office managers here! With 17 years of experience as a dental hygienist, I bring both expertise and warmth to our practice. Married to a Springville native and a proud mom of four, I’m deeply rooted in our community and love everything about Art City.
I’m thrilled to join forces with Morgan in managing the office and handling insurance, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside the office, you can find me riding my bike, sewing, reading, traveling with my family, or getting lost in a true crime podcast.
I love working with our incredible staff, doctors, and patients, and I look forward to welcoming you with a smile!
CARLY, DENTAL ASSISTANT
I am Carly Bradshaw. I have worked at Art City Dental as a dental assistant for almost 2 years. I also am cross trained to work at the front desk. I have lived in Springville my whole life. I am the youngest of 3. Fun fact about me, I am fluent in Chinese.
In my free time, I enjoy playing with our mini Aussie Clyde and helping on our family’s ranch in Holden. I love being a dental assistant and working at Art City Dental.
BROOKLYN LOVELESS, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Hello! I grew up in Palmyra, Utah and now live in Salem with my husband and mini goldendoodle, Poppy. I love camping, side by side rides, playing softball and watching livestock shows!
I’ve been in the dental field for 5 years, straight out of high school. I absolutely love the work we get to do, my amazing co-workers, and the people that come into the office. We have the best patients!

RYLEE BLACK, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Hello, my name is Rylee, and I am from St. George, Utah. I have been in the dental world for 7 years now. Before becoming a hygienist, I worked as a pediatric dental assistant for 3 years, and quickly learned that I wanted to continue my education.
I went to Dixie State University for my Associates Degree, and soon after began dental hygiene school at the Utah College of Dental Hygiene. I have been practicing dental hygiene for about 2 years. Working at Art City Dental has been a dream come true, I love my work family!
In my free time, I enjoy fitness classes, dancing of any kind, being on the lake, hiking, riding horses, camping, watching movies, traveling, reading, especially getting to do all of it with my family and friends.

I’m Sam! I am a dental assistant and I have been assisting for 5 years. I grew up in pleasant grove. I just recently got married and moved to Nephi. I love to do anything outdoors like boating, fishing and camping.

ADRIENNE SAFSTEN,
I was born and raised in the South, spending most of my childhood in Birmingham, Alabama.
I came out to Utah for college where I met my wonderful husband, Erick. I graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in business. Soon, after graduation we moved to the suburbs of Chicago. Eight years later, we moved to Tampa, Florida, and spent 14 wonderful years there. We chose to move back to Utah a few years ago to be closer to our family.
I have four amazing children, one wonderful daughter-in-law, and a beautiful little granddaughter. I love cooking, reading, sewing, spending time at the pool and at the beach. Most of all I love spending time with my family!

Hi, I’m new to living in the Springville area, but have had family here my entire life. Thats what made it feel a little more like home when I had the opportunity to move here.
I’m a mom to four beautiful children and a grandma to 8 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. I love spending my time with family and friends and doing just about anything outdoors.
My Art city dental family has become my second family. They are such a great group to work with and they really do care. Everyone is happy to be there and works to create the best outcome and experience for our wonderful patients.
