DR. MARK FULLMER
I was born and raised in Springville. I did my undergraduate work at BYU and attended the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. I have a wonderful wife I’ve been married to for 36 years.
We have three amazing children who have great spouses and have blessed us with 9 incredible grandchildren. I love music, playing guitar, and anything outdoors. I love my job and the great ladies I work with daily. I love the people who come to the office for treatment and care. I enjoy getting to know them and helping where I can. I’ve been practicing now for 30 years.
DR. JODY ADAMS
I am originally from Texas. After High school, I decided to go to Brigham Young University and that is where I fell in love with Utah. After receiving my undergraduate degree from Prairie View A&M (a branch of Texas A&M) in business, I decided to go to dental school and ended up graduating from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
I am married to Trinda and we have 7 Sons, 7 daughters-in-law, and 19 grandchildren with more to come. Our family loves spending time together camping, hiking, hunting, riding ATVs, and boating. We enjoy all seasons, especially the sports seasons.
We are fans of BYU, Texas A&M, Houston Astros, Houston Texans, and the Jazz. After practicing in Brigham City for over 28 years I decided to sell it. I was not ready to retire so it was a huge blessing to know Dr. Fullmer.
I soon became a partner in Art City Dental. Being a part of this team of health professionals is amazing, and our synergy as a collective group is truly unique. We love each other, we love our patients, and we love dentistry.
MAXINE BONA, DIRECTOR OF PATIENT CARE
I grew up in Mapleton and live and bleed Red Devil Pride! I started working for Dr. Fullmer as a Dental Assistant and moved up to be his office manager, we have endured working together since 1994.
I have two children, and 4 grandkids (2 girls & twin boys)! I have been married to my High School sweetheart Robert for a very long time now 😉. My passion is my family! I love to sew, go camping, hunting, fishing, boating, play volleyball, and watch my grandkids play sports.
SAVANNAH THORPE, INSURANCE SPECIALIST
I have known Dr. Fullmer my entire life and have personally been a patient of his since 1988. I started my adult life as a Dental Assistant during my senior year of high school. Shortly after I decided to get my business degree and was recruited into the Medical billing field where I spent 15 years.
I have been doing Dental billing since 2018 and I really enjoy it. I married the love of my life Riley in 2003 & we have twin boys who are my pride and joy. I love spending time with my family and friends; camping, hunting, fishing, boating, and playing sports.
MORGAN JEPPERSON, DENTAL HYGIENIST
I became a certified dental assistant (CDA) in 2007. I fulfilled that position for 15 years with Dr. Kendall J. Barrowes. I pursued my Dental Hygiene career at the Utah College of Dental Hygiene graduating with my bachelor’s degree in 2014. I have been with Art City Dental since 2016. I truly have the best work family and I’m so grateful for Art City Dental.
I am married and have two amazing children who keep me busy and going. I absolutely love spending time with my family. We spend most of our free time in the mountains camping, horse riding, hunting, and taking care of our small sheep herd. We currently have 3 horses, 3 dogs, 75 sheep, and a bunny. I am very energetic, enthusiastic, and fun. I love working in the Dental field. I adore being able to care for all my patients and love developing relationships with them.
WENDY KINDER, DENTAL ASSISTANT
I grew up in West Jordan and lived there until 2015, in December 2015 we moved to Payson and we love it there. I was a cosmetologist for 23 years until I decided on a career change. I became a dental assistant and have been enjoying this career ever since. I absolutely love the dental profession! I love meeting new people and getting to know them.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I have 3 kids and 3 grandkids. I have been married for 30 years. I enjoy reading, traveling, football, hiking, biking, snowshoeing and CrossFit. I also like playing with my 4 cats.
ANGELA KELSEY, DENTAL HYGIENIST
Hi! I grew up in the small town of Oak City, Utah (it’s by Delta) and am now currently living in Orem.
I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from Dixie State University and began working at Art City Dental in February of 2017. I have absolutely loved working here! Everyone is so wonderful!
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, reading, and being in the out of doors.

Hello, my name is Jacey and I have been a dental assistant for over 9 years now. I have loved working in the dental field and have been able to experience and learn so much.
I have loved being able to work with so many different patients along the way and helping them feel comfortable about their smiles to even just feeling comfortable sitting in the dental chair. Being there for a listening ear to helping the little ones learn and teach them about oral hygiene.
JENNIKA, DENTAL HYGIENIST
I graduated from Utah College of Dental Hygiene in 2016 and have been a hygienist ever since. Before becoming a hygienist I worked in the medical field as a CNA starting back in 2009. I enjoy working with my patients and have an extremely outgoing and fun personality. I have been with Art City Dental for since 2021 and have loved every moment. I couldn’t ask for better doctors or co-workers to work with!
I was born and raised in West Jordan, Utah and graduated from West Jordan High School where I met my husband. We moved to Spanish fork in 2020 and have loved it there. We have a little girl and are expecting a little boy in May 2023. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and just about anything outdoors.
LINDSAY, DENTAL HYGIENIST
I was born and raised in Payson and currently live in Springville. I graduated from hygiene school in 2009 and absolutely love my job. Throughout my career as a hygienist, I have had the opportunity to work in different capacities. These include teaching for 6 years as a clinical dental hygiene instructor and working with hygienists all over the US as a dental hygiene coach.
I am married to a Springville native, and we have 4 beautiful kids. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, sewing, reading, and listening to true crime podcasts. I love working at Art City Dental. It truly is the best office!

BROOKLYN GILES, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Hi! My name is Brooklynn, and I grew up in Palmyra, Utah. I loved showing animals, camping, and playing softball. I now live in Payson with my husband. We go out camping and SXS riding as much as we can!
I’ve been in the dental field for five years now. I started at Art City Dental right out of high school, then went into orthodontics for about three years, and now I’m back at Art City Dental because I love the people here so much!
The patients and staff are a huge reason why I’m back. I love getting to know new people, and it is so fun to help people gain confidence in their smiles.
RYLEE BLACK, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Hello! My name is Rylee Black, and I was born and raised in St. George, Utah. Before becoming a hygienist, I worked as a pediatric dental assistant for 3 years. I quickly learned that I loved working with patients and felt a sense of fulfillment when patients would leave feeling more confident and comfortable in themselves and their smiles.
While working, I went to school for my Associate’s of science degree at Dixie State University. I soon after began dental hygiene school in Orem at the Utah College of Dental Hygiene, and graduated in December of 2022. I have loved working at Art City Dental, and I am so excited to get to know everyone!
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, being on the lake, hunting/fishing, camping, riding horses, dancing of any kind, watching movies, trying new restaurants, and traveling, especially when I do it with my family and friends.
