YOUR FIRST VISIT
When you visit our office for the first time, you will be greeted by our front office staff. They will answer any questions you might have as well as give you your initial paperwork. They can help you with your insurance as well. Your hygienist will come to escort you back to your seat.
You will then receive an oral evaluation. This will include an oral cancer screening, x-rays, soft tissue evaluation, and a complete exam of your teeth. If you need something fixed, a treatment plan will be presented by our financial expert. She is very knowledgeable in insurance and will be able to help with any insurance questions you might have. You will then be set up in our recall system so that all your dental needs can be met.
